Dr. Omar Al-Layla, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University, is an active member of the American Association of Pharmacists.

The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) has inducted Associate Professor Dr. Omar Qutaiba Badreddine Al-Layla , Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University , into its membership. This association, established in 1986, is a scientific professional organization with approximately 7,000 individual members and more than 10,000 active stakeholders working in academic, industrial, governmental, and other pharmaceutical research institutions worldwide.
