A delegation from the College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University participated in the First International Conference of Najaf Pharmacists, held on May 23, 2025. The event was attended by the Governor of Najaf, the Head of the Provincial Council, several members of parliament, and the President of the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate in Najaf.
where Dr. Omer Qutaiba BaderAldeen Allela Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University, delivered a lecture titled:
“From Medication Experts to Healthcare Leaders: Expanding Pharmacists’ Roles”
It covered the future services that pharmacists are expected to provide.
The session was attended by more than 500 pharmacists from Najaf. Afterwards, a workshop was presented under the title:
“Smart Sampling: Enhancing Validity in Pharmaceutical Studies”
and It was of significant value, especially for pharmacists involved in research. At the end of the conference, Dr. Omer Allela was honored with the conference shield. The Alnoor University delegation included:
