College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University Hosts the National Council for the Accreditation of Colleges of Pharmacy

The College of Pharmacy welcomed Alnoor University , The College of Pharmacy welcomed a delegation from the National Council for the Accreditation of Colleges of Pharmacy, headed by Professor Shaimaa Nizar, Chair of the Council, and comprising Professor Nawal Ayyash Rajab and Professor Ihsan Salah Mohammed Redha.

The visit included a scientific workshop that addressed the National Accreditation Standards for Colleges of Pharmacy, their implementation mechanisms, and associated requirements, contributing to the enhancement of the quality of pharmacy education and the advancement of academic and professional outcomes.

During the workshop, the key pillars of national accreditation and the requirements for achieving them were reviewed. Discussions also focused on ways to develop academic programs and ensure the quality of educational performance in line with the approved accreditation standards.

This visit comes as part of the ongoing collaboration between the College of Pharmacy at Alnoor University and the National Council for the Accreditation of Colleges of Pharmacy, in support of quality assurance and academic accreditation efforts, and to further advance the development of pharmacy education in Iraq.

The College Deanship expressed its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the members of the Council for their dedicated efforts and continuous support in advancing pharmacy education and strengthening quality standards and academic accreditation.
